In the twenty years we have worked with RDJ Construction, we have always found their work and management of projects to be of very high quality. Many of those were healthcare projects which demand the best in project management. Working in and around active healthcare requires knowledge and ability for controlling noise, providing cleanliness, and maintaining utilities to surrounding spaces not involved with the construction project.

RDJ Construction does a great job budgeting, scheduling, and managing traditional and complex construction activities. Projects overwhelmingly complete on time, on budget, and with very few contractor-driven change order requests. They are excellent stewards of Lee Health's contractor, infection prevention, and interim life safety policies and procedures. They are great communicators who understand the unique needs of Lee Health's varied customers.

The projects for Lee Health reside in various locations, all of which RDJ Construction understands their role in ensuring timely permitting, inspection, and final completion. I don't recall a project managed by RDJ delayed due to local or state municipality issues.
