Residential
Construction Built on Integrity

RDJ Construction is simply the best from start to finish. They are timely, transparent, and courteous. During the process, their ideas and input were helpful. The entire project was well coordinated. They know if you do the little things right, quality results will shine. We know, because we experienced it.

We used R.D. Johnson back in 2022 to do a total renovation of our 20-year-old condo. It thrills me to say we not only had a wonderful experience during the construction process but continue to enjoy a warm relationship with the entire R.D. Johnson team. Our project was on budget and would have been completed on time if not for the delay caused by hurricane Ian.  The quality of their work was outstanding, and since completing our project they have been very responsive in addressing some minor items that required attention. In an industry where many people have had bad experiences with their contractors, we had a most positive experience and can confidently endorse them.

R.D. Johnson did a high-rise renovation for us, and we were completely satisfied. The attention to detail is exactly what one would hope for when renovating. The foreman and the contractors are all the best at what they do. If a problem occurs, they have a solution, and it is taken care of. I would only use R.D. Johnson Construction when doing any type of remodel or build.

I highly recommend R.D. Johnson Construction for any construction and/or renovation project. Their team consistently delivers high-quality craftsmanship while ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule. Working with them has been a seamless experience – they are professional, communicative, and truly easy to do business with.

A special mention to Michael, who is a true leader. His responsiveness and dedication stand out – he replied to me incredibly fast, addressing any questions or concerns with efficiency and professionalism. Additionally, Paul, the onsite contact, was extremely helpful throughout the process, ensuring everything ran smoothly and was completed to the highest standards.

With such a dedicated and skilled team, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with R.D. Johnson Construction again!

Our experience with R.D. Johnson was exceptional. We have built 3 homes and renovated 4 homes over 40 years. R.D. Johnson was the best overall contractor we have dealt with. Their communications were excellent, especially important as we were on Cape Cod. They gave us timelines for selections. They completed everything on time. The quality of their work was unmatched. On our next project, we will use RDJ again!

R.D. Johnson made our project easy. They are reliable and very responsive. The quality of their work is top notch. We will be using them in the future.

We hired R.D. Johnson for a condo renovation last year and were thrilled with our experience.  From start to finish, Michael Johnson and his team always exceeded our expectations and completed the projects on time. The team’s professionalism, excellent communication and quality of work far exceeded anything that we had experienced in the past.  I highly recommend R.D. Johnson for any important projects!

We recently had the opportunity to work with R.D. Johnson on a construction project to renovate our three-bedroom condo in The Dunes. I can’t say enough about how terrific they were to work with. We did a fairly extensive renovation including bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and layout. It was a hassle-free experience delivered on time and on budget. Their attention to detail, regular updates and helpful suggestions were much appreciated. Couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend their services.
